Anne O’Leary is a successful and experienced business executive and entrepreneur. Anne was the Managing Director of CADCO, an Irish company she founded in 1990 focused on Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Design Software. She successfully built CADCO and achieved a dominant position in the AEC marketplace to become Autodesk’s sole distributor to Value Added Resellers in Ireland. CADCO was acquired in 2009 and became Datech, the sole distributor of Autodesk products in the UK and Ireland. Anne currently also serves as Non-Executive Director of Replify Ltd, Chairman of Incident Control Room, and Executive Chairman of Kinematic Ltd.

David's primary qualification is as an Architectural Technologist from DIT Bolton Street. In 1997 David founded Build Online, an online web-based catalogue, file and document management system and a tendering and procurement platform for the construction industry. As the original founder of the company he worked as Managing Director from 1997 to 1999 during which time the first iterations of the product were built, early adopters were engaged in developing the product and a suite of products were launched to market. He also raised substantial early stage and venture capital investment.
In January 2001 David began working as a part time lecturer in the Dublin School of Architecture, DIT Bolton Street. He continues to work there part time as a studio tutor in 4th year, lecturer in Building Technology and Materials, and supervisor of undergraduate and postgraduate research. In 2002 he founded Palmer Whelan & Associates with his current partner Simon Whelan. Palmer Whelan & Associates was an architectural practice based in Dublin. He worked as a Senior Architectural Technologist for 10 years.

Simon's primary qualification is as an Architectural Technologist (Dip Arch Tech). Simon has worked in a number of small, medium and large architectural practices both in Ireland and Australia. In 2002 he founded Palmer Whelan & Associates with David Palmer, a Dublin-based architectural practice. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, he oversaw a number of high profile projects for a diverse range of clients. Simon is a part-time Lecturer in Dublin City VEC, teaching in Environmental Studies, Building Technology and Sustainable Energy Studies. Simon's research areas are in environmental and energy efficient design, heat loss methods, and occupant comfort.
