We wanted to let you know that as of 5th October 2017 the web service platform serving FenestraPro is being migrated. As such, any versions prior to FenestraPro Premium for Revit Version 220.127.116.11 beta will not make web services calls, and will therefore not gather appropriate data.
EARLIER VERSIONS OF FENESTRAPRO PREMIUM WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED, AND WILL REQUIRE TO BE UPDATED.
We have migrated our services to a cloud-based container platform that enables us to build, deploy, host, and scale our applications. Older versions of FenestraPro will still open, be operational on existing projects (ie. ones that you have used FenestraPro on previously), but should you open it on a new project, they will attempt to use an expired web service address, and will not populate any data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
To ensure continuous service from FenestraPro, you will be simply be required to update your installation to our latest version, FenestraPro Premium for Revit Version 18.104.22.168. If you are currently using Version 3.2, you can update to the latest version 22.214.171.124. Just follow this link, and install the MSI file. This will take a few seconds, and will automatically update your existing application. You won’t need to uninstall anything.
